X-Minded is an AI-powered platform that crawls your X/Twitter timeline, generates intelligent digests, and helps you discover authors worth following. The service operates through automated browser agents that read your public timeline.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must comply with X/Twitter's Terms of Service when using our platform

4. Credits & Payments

X-Minded uses a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when the service crawls your timeline and generates AI digests. Credit pricing is $20 per managed X account. Credits are non-refundable once used for service operations.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our AI models
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the digests without permission
• Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the service infrastructure
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free credits

6. Intellectual Property

The X-Minded platform, including its AI models, code, and design, is our intellectual property. AI-generated digests are provided for your personal use. Original tweet content remains the property of respective authors.

7. Limitation of Liability

X-Minded is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies; verify important information independently.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
